How many days will be I be paid for on the last day of school?

NPS sent out a memo about the last pay check of the year. 

All full time NTU members will be getting a ten day check on Friday, June 15, and a ONE DAY CHECK on Wednesday, June 20.  That last check will be direct deposit.

Per-Diems will be paid on their normal bi-weekly pay schedule.

When will I get my Escrow check(s)?

Single check option: June 15^th

4 check option: July 13, 27; August 10, 24^th

Department of Education Calls for Public Input to Inform New Jersey's Next Generation of Statewide Assessments

Trenton, NJ – The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) is announcing the launch of its outreach to obtain input from the public about how to best transition to the next generation of statewide assessments for students in elementary, middle and high school. We have heard concerns from our members about the possibility of getting infected with the flu virus. There have already been 30+ childhood flu deaths nationwide so far in 2017-2018. Educators, parents and staff can help slow the spread of respiratory illnesses like colds, and influenza (flu).
