CPR/AED Certification for H/PE Teachers & Athletic Coaches

The OHPE & Athletics will be offering free CPR/AED training to Health and Physical Education teachers and athletic coaches in the district who need recertification. This is a blended course that requires all participants to register and take the online blended course first (3 hours), followed by an in-person practical with our certified instructors (2 hours) upon completion of the online portion.

NJ Teacher Loan Redemption Program

NJ teachers who meet the eligibility requirements can receive redemptions up to $5,000 for each consecutive full school-year of approved employment service. The total four year loan redemption shall not exceed $20,000.
Eligibility Requirements
- NJ Resident
- Not in default on loans
- Certified by NJDOE to teach in NJ
- Hired after January 18, 2022
- Employed at the time of application
- Not selected previously for program
- Written contract with HESAA
Application Period: November 1, 2023 - February 1, 2024

Empowering Educators: Unwind and Recharge with Yoga!
